imagine that you have been out for a walk one summer evening . you are on your way back home you can see your house just 100 meter away from you. the sidewalk path between you and your house is stright and smooth and flat. you are walking at a slow and steady pace of 1 m/s. there for after every one sec you are 99 meter away from your house but suddenly the sideways stretches uniformly and instantaneously by 100 meter. so you find your self 198meter from your house. at the end of another sec the sidewalk streches another 100 m. this keep repeating. will you ever reach home? if soo how long will it take you to arrive home?
