4.1 (a) two sisters, who sharing room with erach other can be disagree on the decoration of the room because everyone wants to place things according to him where he live. it can be solve by informal discussion or their parents should be interupt in this matter and adviced them to half room will be decorated by each one. they need to do some compromises as well. because no one have complete right on the room so no one of them can decorate room according to one only. they can sit togeather and discuss every aspect of the decoration and can decided thoser things on which they both are agree.

4.1 (b) we need to know the reason behind the break of the plasma tv. if that reason comes under the maintanance policy or warranty policy of the company and salesman refused to repair the tv then we should file a complaint in the consumer form against him . in other case , if reason behind the break of the plasma tv not comes under the the maintanance or warranty policy then we need to negotiate withg the salesman that he can charge for the mainanance and then we can discuss on the cost of the maintanance.

4.1 (c) tenant need to discuss about it with our landlord and need to assure him that damage does not belongs to him so its landlord's responsibility to repair that damage. if discussion has been failed then they can go to the court for solve the issue.

4.1 (d) if conditions of the employement is not good then its the violation of right of the employee , in that case he can go to national labour organisation directly they will preserve the rights of the employee. if owner of the restaurant give him less wages for the same work in the other restaurant or normal wages then employee can file a case against the owner in the court also.
