can some one help answer these legibly?

Experiment 1: Ecological Interations Data Tables and Post-Lab Assessment Table 1: Volume and Concentration Totals on Trophic Level Percent Cylinder Volume of H O Volume of Oil Total Volume 1000 mL 1000 mL 100 mL 100 mL 3rd 10 mL 10 mL rn Post-Lab Questions What is the percent concentration of oil in the first, second, and third trophic levels in our food chain? 1. 2. How did the concentration of oil change from one trophic level to the next? 3. How does the change in concentration represent biomagnification? 4. How does this also illustrate the amount of energy transferred from one trophic level to the next? If you would like to read more about issues surrounding bioaccumulation simply search

Explanation / Answer

1.)since that capacity of the cylinder and volume of oil is same that means there is no water present in the cylinder, so every cylinder have the 100% volume of the oil

2.) Oil % remain the same in different tropic level but the amount decreased a 1000-100-10 ml volume in order 1-2-3rd trophic level

3). There is definitely biomagnification of the oil because in succeeding level there is the decrease in volume it may be because of accumulation of oil in the organism trophic level

4. this follows 10% energy law as in succeeding level only 10% of the oil is passed t next trophic level means 10% energy is transferred to the next trophic level.

Trophic level cylinder vol. water vol. oil vol. total vol. % of oil 1 1000ml 0ml 1000ml 1000ml 100 2 100ml 0ml 100ml 100ml 100 3 10ml 0ml 10ml 10ml 100
