Answer: As we know that in this word every person have some weak point and some strength or positive points in life. Here I am just discussing my various signature strengths due to which I achieve success at various levels in my life. The major signature strengths of my personality are Learner, developer, includer, communication, and restorative nature. In successive paragraphs, the detailed discussion of these strengths is given with the facts that how these strengths help me to achieve my goals in life.
Learner: It is one of the main positive strength of my personality that I always being a learner and every time ready to learn some new skills and techniques. According to me that nobody is born intelligent and if he continues learning he will achieve whatever he wants in life. So I always keep my self-ready to learn something new from everyone even from my juniors and a common man without any ego to raise my knowledge level. Due to my strength I gain lots of useful information’s and knowledge which help me to short out several daily life problems. I am a very good visual learner, the things which either it’s a science video or something else I never forget and learn very quickly.
The developer is the strength of my personality. Being a developer, I always try to invent or develop small things or new protocols which are simple and can be easily understood by common man. My this strength develop a unique thinking quality in me to solve the various challenges both in professional as well as in personnel life.
Being Includer is third strength my personality which makes me feel special in society. I always believe in team work and according to me, there must be a participation of everyone in a social cause irrespective of his/her social, finical status. So whenever I got chance I include much as possible persons in my team and work together to achieve the target. I also believe to communicate with everyone because only communication is the weapon with which we can solve many problems and misunderstandings. I always try to resolve many conflicts by having communication with the persons and try to understand the exact reason behind the conflicts. My this strength gives me confidence and problem-solving capability.
My restorative nature is my another strength because I am among those people who never accept failure and lose hopes. If I got failure then I make a come back with double strength and until I didn't achieve my goal, I never sit calmly. These above discussed strengths of my personality make me special and help me to maintain a positive attitude towards the life.
