The classes are of group fitness. These classes include core/strength classes and cardio classes. Core/strength classes taught us exercises for 30-minute Abs, 30-minute stretch, Barre, Boot Camp, Kettle ball power, strength circuits, and total body burn. The classes were able to motivate us, tone our muscles, improve the health of the heart, sweat and feel comfortable. Cardio classes enhance strength, improve coordination and endurance and boost energy and de-stress. All these are provided for group fitness and certain protocol of events have to be arranged for individual fitness. Yes, the classes are beneficial and are worthy of repeating.
