2) When migration is allowed deer of east bank will be able to mate with deer of west bank. This mating will help in incorporating Y-3, Y-4 & Y-5 allele in east bank population from west bank population & so after few generation rate of lethality of that bacterial disease in east bank population will be greatly reduced. Also overall frequency of Y-1 & Y-2 allele will be decrease in the population as the result of incorporation of Y-3, Y-4 & Y-5 allele.
