1. The early atmosphere was not having oxygen. The atmosphere was consist of hydrogen, ammonia, water vapour and methane. This gases was fused to form the into some organic substances with the help of ultraviolet radiation of the Sun. Such spontaneous synthesis can appeared in the early atmosphere. If there it was oxygen in the primitive atmosphere, then ozone layer was not able to reach the earth and spontaneous synthesis would not have occur.

2. The spontaneous synthesis of some important amino acid would have occurred in the early atmosphere that composed the proteins present in living beings. Rain marked on organic molecules that allow polymerization of amino acid. Similarly other polymers were made and interacted with each other form protobionts.

3. First anaerobic organism were prokaryotes. They were able to survive without oxygen. They were similar to present day bacteria. They are now found on everywhere on Earth. They give the idea that primitive atmosphere was not having oxygen.
