1)Total Labor Hours=40*10=400 hrs

Total B produces last week=400 kg

Standard cost of A=2*24=$ 48

Total Standard cost of Labor and B=99.5-48=51.5

Total cost of A produced=2*4000=$ 8000

Total cost of  Labor and B produced last week=400*51.5=20600

Let x batches were produced last week.

Thus total cost of batches produced last week=99.5*x

Thus ,99.5*x=$ 8000+ $ 20600

=>99.5*x=28600

=>x=28600/99.5= 287.44 =~ 287

Thus 287 batches of Gortol were produced last week.
