Question

Your boss asks the employees to each write materials that can be used in the training manual for new employees. Each of you writes a piece. You ask a friend of yours to “read and edit” your work. Later on, you notice that this friend has taken your name off your article and has replaced his name with yours. What do you do about this situation? Do you confront your friend and tell him that he stole your work? Or, do you report this to your boss? Or, do you simply write another article and never ask this friend to “read and edit” your work again. Tell me what would do in a situation like this?

Explanation / Answer

No i will not complain against him/ her. I will do the rework. If we complain it shows negative perspective of our personality in front of boss.If i will represent my work to boss. I have done all artcle work i must be aware of all the ideas which is on paper nobody can explain it better than me.

AS every persons are having different views, ideas through which we will start putting our thoughts on papers. So not neccessary to report to boss against stolen work....:)
