1) What are some of the main reasons that college students cheat? Do you think students cheat more in on ground classes or online classes? Are there some assignments that it is okay for students to cheat on?

2) Do you make a practice of taking time to stop the busyness that is your life and take care of yourself? What do you do to take care of yourself? Do you feel guilty for even thinking about taking care of your needs? What are some things you could do to rejuvenate yourself?

Reasons why college students cheat:

1. External pressures (Academic as well as non academic)

2. Lack of effort on their part

3. Loyalty to friends or a group (when you help someone cheat)

4. Performance concerns, where you need to excel at any cost

5. Professors may be unfair i.e harsh grading process

6. Peer comparison, i.e. others do it so I can also do it

I think students cheat more in online classes, because monitoring is comparatively less effective, it may be other case when online classes or tests are arranged in a monitored room.

There can't be any assignments where it would be okay to cheat on, if it is so the professors would themselves advise to refer some notes (reference books), what would be the point of cheating in assignments, rather it would be better if you do not complete it. (whats the point of copy paste). I would suggest in case of assignments, rather than just copy paste, one should understand the solution and then complete the assignment.
