Causation principe shows the relationship between conduct and result.
So market simulation is nowadays a trendy practise across the world to understand the real time situation in advance. Surveys and sample testings are excessively tried by marketers in different format to realise the pulse of demand in market for a particular product. Its very good for an entirely new product before its launching. Shortened product life cycle is a kind of serious threat many industries are facing especially electronics and automobiles.
eg: 1.) Toshiba is a very innovative company in many aspects. They have formulated many future electonics model for their electronics products through principle of casuation. they analyse the pulse of market demand in future through forecasting model build via cause (C) and Effect (E) basis.
2.) Honda as an automobile always go through causation principles to understand the realsiitc conctraints for their automobiles. They conduct simulation to realise the ground level issues and fetch the feedback from the seelcted users. This reduces revoking rate of most of their models.
“Productivity”. Causation:
Causal production is more object oriented . One cause can results in change in productivity. Giving more wages per hour and more relaxation time in most of the organisation generates positive motivation among employees and thereby increased their productivity accordingly.So it is corelated generally and adversly affect if the causation is moving in negative way like layoffs and rude behavior towars the employees.

Effect is a product from the cause. It cannot be stand independetly. Rise in temperature causes decreasing in warer level of rivers. and motivation helps in student to achieve better results. So cause is rise in temeprature and motivation and effect is lower water level and better result from student.

Time of order of occurence is a series of things happening back to back in a session. Typical example is an assembly line in automobile industry where every motions has its own significance and one thing preceds by another step and it cannot be vice versa.
There are many factors that related to causal process:
Uncontrollable factors such as natural changes, calamities and global economic instability etc cannot be controlled by a single body/society. Interaction effects has very positive vibration in sales. More interaction happens more the company could able to understand the customers buyinh behavior and their requirement. It helps in building a brand image in customers and make them loyal to the particular product. Product development and sales force has direct relationship in interacting each other to give a better realisitic product to the market based on the demand.
Lagged effect is cause when unprecitable changes are happening that too very slowly. Increase and decrease in crude oil is an example for that. It is a cumulative causual effect of so many changes in global economy and lagging would be there in rise and fall of the rate of oil. Non linear response can be happened in customers interest to a particulr product. Products based on seasonality has these non linearily in sales trend.
Nature of target market has serious effect on impact of results. Especially metro cities where the buyers have their own choices to compare with and they can switch to the compliemtary product or substitiute services. So target market is very vibrant ( senisitive)and inconsistent as well. Changes in electronic devices such as i pods, pager etc is an impact of nature of target market as the customers requirement and needs get changed very drastically.
