1. Right to work laws are statutes in USA that prohibits compelling a worker to belong to or to join a union.

I agree with the statement made by the National Association of Manufacturers. Each and every individual should have a right to work for a living and that too without being compelled to join or belong to a union. I agree with the statement as workers should have the right to join an union but this cannot be made compulsory or mandatory. This is because free people are free agents and should be treated thus. An individual works to enjoy the fruits of his/her labor and should be free to choose any means of negotiating his or her wages and working conditions. The means can be collective (in the form of a union) or it can be individual. It should be upto the individual to decide which means he/she wants to use to negotiate his/her wages and working conditions. After all it is the individual's wages that are at stake and the individual should have the power to decide about it.
