Ans: Corporate finance is the area of finance which deal with the source from where the fund to be collected and fund to be invested and what step has been taken by the manager to increase the volume of the firms shareholder as well as the plan regarding how to allocate the financial resources.
Further the primary objective of corporate finance is maximize the value of shareholder,however it is differ from managerial finance which studies the financial management of all firms rather than corporation alone.
