     After cleaving the DNA sample withthree different restriction enzymes, DNA of different length'smight have been      obtained .      Now when we subject these samples togel electrophoresis,the fragments according to their size willmigrate and will      form the bands.      The fragment which is smallest insize will migrate faster,followed by the next smaller and then thelarger fragment's      migration will be slow.                 Hope it is clear and ishelpful.
