There are so many healthy and tested recipes are available like If you will have a banana with milk at every morning, it gives you energy and very helpful to gain weight among children.
If you will have a boiled egg with milk at every morning, then its very good for your bones because egg contain vitamin D which is essential for calcium absortion and helps to maintain bone density.
Chicken with low amount of oil is a very good source of proten.
