NWC = A/R + Inventories - A/P

a) So NWC for 2011 = 33.2 + 26.2 - 13.2 = $46.2 million

b) So NWC for 2012 = 36.6 + 30.6 - 26.6 = $40.6 million

c) NWC has decreased from 2011 to 2012, by 46.2 - 40.6 = $5.6 million, The decrease is mainly because of the increase in Accounts Payable
