what do I need to do to get Master degree in accounting at top school?Such as Harvard or Yale ..etc. GRE or GMAT. Is that like an MBA,too? Or is like a seprate degree?

Harvar or Yale provide MBA course . You can opt for MBA with Finance specialization . The big B schools like Harvard and Yale concentrate on MBA courses only. They do not provide separate accounting masters degree. However , MBA from these top B schools with Finance Specialization are recognized as very high qualifications and have very good reputation.
Both the schools accept GMAT scores along with other language proficiency test scores like TOEFL or IELTS as per their admission policy for admission to MBA courses.
For separate Masters degree in Accounting you may try with other US universities and the requirements will be GRE or SAT or ACT scores with TOEFL & IELTS scores.
