ans A: the approximate molecular weight of both the bands of Heat shock protein ( NIH 3T3 and NBH-II ) is approx 85 because less the molecular weight will go at bottom of the gel and above in gel is higher molecular weight. and the heat shock protein which is showing in the graph is present between 70 to hundred but near to aprox 85.

ans B: both bands are at same position i.e. between the 70 to 100 so both bands have same expression of the heat shock protein.
