Phosphate buffer PROCEDURE 1) Wash your green apple. 2) Get a blender. 3) Cut it into small pieces and put them into beaker 4) Weight the apple pieces 5) Measure H20 in the same rate as the weight of apples and put it into blender 6) Run the blender.( Approximate 5 minutes) 7) Put the filter paper on the funnel and filter it. 8) Put the sample into two centrifuge tubes.
