As you market yourself to employers, the salary you demand is essentially your personal price. Keeping that in mind, what pricing strategy should you follow (penetration, skimming, or competitive)? Why? Issues to consider:a. Who is your target market?
b. How would you position your price to this market?
c. What are the psychological pricing considerations?
d. What are the image considerations?
e. What are the promotional considerations?
Be creative as you prepare your strategy, a novel approach could give you an edge in a competitive job market. Explain your pricing strategy.

Today's job market is all about the competition, so that means you need to stand out. That means having additional and beneficial skills; such as learning many different prominent languages in your region, being knowledgeable on business politics and how the government changes are effecting certain big businesses and the business market in general. It is important also of course to have professional attire, looks and behavior at all times; when it comes down to it companies want someone who will represent them with class. I think the biggest thing, is to be one step bigger and better than everyone else. Everyone in Texas, for example, knows Spanish in the job market because that's what has been the upper hand for so many years, so now that we as a nation are having struggles with the Middle Eastern region of the world, I would take Arabic.
