Disadvantage to the insurance company :-
1. There is no lawyer in it which is unfair for an uneducated person.
2. Here the parties have no information about the other party so they get problem in case.
A Small claims courts are avoided when the amount of the insurance is more not a very small limit . and also by giving a seperate application or by doing appeal to other courts .
