Answer(1): I will highly recommend e-business systems and Enterprise Business Systems because of the following benefits of it-
Answer(2): If company is thinking to bring e-business system, it needs to educate the employees regarding the new system and technology, there should be proper training of using the e-business system. Company has to advertise about its new technological parameters so that customers can get to know and can make purchase or sell directly through the company's website.
Answer(3): Challenges: If such software is introduced, some employees may not know about it, they may feel unfriendly with the software and technology. The cost may be higher of implementing the software, cost will affect the company's profit. Customers may like it or not.
