You are partner in a large accounting firm. In your position, you supervise a number of accountant managers. Currently you are busy attempting to match your staff resources to upcoming jobs. For the clients it is imperative that you put together audit teams that have appropriate education and industry experience to respond to anticipated conditions.
Having finished an analysis of projected staffing for the next 12 months, you are now working with firm staffing budgets for jobs scheduled for the next three months. Reflecting on your analysis, you conclude that the firm needs to hire three entry level people and have them on board and ready to work within the next nine months. In the past three years, 60% of your new hires have been female.
You have just completed the last of the office interviews with the ten most promising prospective master of accountancy graduates from the university where you recruit. As always, some who had done well in the on-campus interview did not fare as well during the office visits. Nevertheless, a clear consensus emerged with the following candidates according to rank:

3) Amy Mitchell 6) Jessica Stone
Clear differences exist among the six viable candidates. The women rate higher in the areas of technical ability, reasoning, communication skills, and demonstrated interest. On the other hand, the men appear stronger in personality and client-relations potential. Hiring decisions in the past have been based on an aggregate scoring system that weighted all factors considered. (That is how the candidates were ranked above.)

Having entrusted with the task of providing an efficient Accountants team for the upcoming job with your Company , I feel it necessary to hire three entry level Accountants who are competant enough to perform their assigned job with efficiency and accuracy.
Going with our Previous Hiring Trend , I would suggest hiring two female Candidates and a male candidate to close the job position based on their score and skillsets required to perform the task as female candidates are more focussed ,have techinal knowhow and are great communicators and a male candidate for building strong Clintele relationship. I will go by the scored ranks by the candidates in their final interview and select Stephanie Jones , Whitney Black and Amy Mitchell.
