is the question/answer how does the question get U as 40? they get 9.3 because 28 divide by 3? 2. also according to google time clock 0.008 hours is not 45 seconds. 3. Also, is it 3 more assistants making it 4 total? or two more making it 3 total? two more is bolded at the top then three more is bolded at the end... its step 2 of 2 "in order to get the wait time down etc etc"... thank you!

EV (16)=22(.2)+32(.25)+28(.4)+24(.15)=$27.20

EV (17)=14(.2)+24(.25)+34(.4)+30(.15)=$26.90

EV(18)=6(.2)+16(.25+26(.4)+36(.15)=$21.00: Stock 16 Cases

EOL(18)=24(.2)+16(.25)+8(.4)+0(.15)=$12.00: Stock 16 Cases.

Solution D.

Expected value with perfect information=$30(.2)+32(.25)+34(.4)+36(.15)=$33

Expected value with perfect information=33-EV(16)=33-27.20=$5.80
