I'm currently designing a flow cytometry experiment testing the effect of different concentration of fish oil on PMBC (human blood peripheral cells). I'm allowed to run a 6 color experiments, so what subsets should i use and what do i expect for the results between each subsets and what 6 fluorophores should i use and with which between the available reagents : Annexin-V-FITC, CFSE, Cell-Trace-Violet, Hoescht-3342/DAPI, Mitrotracker-Orange, PI, WGA-AF488 & UV-aqua (live-dead), FITC, APC, ACP-H7, APCY-7, PE, PERCP
