No, it is not ethical to test the drugs on the African countries. This is because most of the African countries are poor. The annual income of the person in Africa is less than dollar 2 per day.. The cost of the drug is around 30 dollars, which is so high than average income of the person. Hence, it is not ethical to test the drugs there, when they cannot afford the food, how will they afford drugs. Also, the anti. malarial drug will work different in different individual.beacuse each person have own genetic makeup.
