a). Total frogs = 462

No of Red skin frogs = 288= frequency= 0.62=0.6

Allele frequency of red skin frogs, c = 288/462 = 0.6

?b). Total frogs = 462

No of Blue skin frogs =174

Allele frequency of blue skin frogs, C= 174/462 = 0.4

c) The probability of an c meeting an c is 0.6 x 0.6 = 0.36

   The expected frequency of genotype “cc” in the next generation = 0.36

d). The probability of an C meeting an c is 0.4 x 0.6 = 0.24.

   The probability of an c meeting an C is 0.6 x 0.4 = 0.24.

There fore , The expected frequency of genotype “Cc” in the next generation = (0.24 +0.24) = 0.48
