Write your report in paragraph form on the creature. Consider the following questions as you research your organism. You do not need to answer every question, but your report should be thorough.

What did it look like?

What were significant body parts of the creature?

Describe its habitat.

What is the taxonomic rank of this organism? Report its kingdom, phylum, order, class, family, genus, and species.

Does this creature resemble any modern day life? Is it related to any modern day life?

Where on present day earth can the fossil be found?
