20. A. ADH is released.

Increase in blood osmolality raises the osmotic pressure of blood and volume of blood decreases. This will stimulate osmoreceptors in hypothalamus which in turn causes secretion of ADH. This hormone will causes increased absorption of water from renal tubules into blood leading to production of concentrated urine.

21. A. Aldosterone.

Angiotensin II, a powerful vasoconstrictor stimulates the cells of adrenal cortex to release Aldosterone. This hormone increases reabsorption of Na+ in ascending limb DCT and CD. Reabsorption of Na+ in blood causes reabsorption of water leading to increase in blood volume and bkood pressure.
