The behavior permitted within the organization is an element that is crucial to the strength of the corporate culture. Behavior includes such things as dress code, technology use and the extent that executives are granted latitude to guide the organization

Values

The values of an organization comprise one of the bedrock elements of its corporate culture. the organization’s values impact everyone in it, from the top of the company to the bottom.

Assumptions and Beliefs-

Assumptions involve the most basic elements of organizational culture, according to Schein. While an organization’s values may help construct the assumptions about its operating environment, assumptions and beliefs underlie many, if not most, components of an organization’s culture. Assumptions and beliefs are such deeply personal items that they can (e difficult to describe. However, most actions are based upon these assumptions and beliefs.

For example, if the organization believes that humans are essentially good and that people are born equally, employees will treat all customers with respect and trust.

Other Elements There are other elements that can contribute to a strong organizational culture. Symbols can offer important ways for an organization to develop its culture, by visually demonstrating its values. Rituals are another element that can strengthen organizational culture by developing a sense of relevance in its employees
