Explanation / Answer

1. Differential analysis to drop or keep customers the format of analysis is more similar to the Differential analysis of a product line to continue or drop. In this we consider fixed costs allocated to the customer and financial capability of the customer are considered in analysis

2. Differential analysis reporting products line. Fixed costs typically reduced by eliminating a particular product. Managers compare sales, revenue, profits, allocated cost and select alternative with max profits

3.Differential analysis for make or buy mostly depend on cost per unit of manufacturing and the same available in the market so that option with lesser cost is considered

Sunk cost are the costs incurred in the past which do not have any impact on decision making as it cannot be changed

Opportunity cost is profit for gone by selecting one alternative over the other it is profit that can be earned by allocating resources to the next best alternative

These are considered in analysis of by managers and which do not align with quantitative recommendations as qualitative information is considered and analysis is done on that basis
