Met Ser Leu Ileu Amino acids for the corresponding codons

Deamination of first cytosine(UCG = ser) leads to UUG which codes for Leucine

Deamination of second cytosine (CUA = Leu) leads to UUA which also codes for Leucine

Deamination of third cytosine (AUC = Ileu) leads to AUU which codes for same aminoacid that is Isoleucine

The protein structure is affected if the aminoacids sequence change as we observe in case of deamination of first cytosine but the sequence remain the same in case of second and third cytosine damination.
