Explanation / Answer

1) The survey given in the above question is for evaluating the performance of employee, supervisors and different departments of the organization. The survey includes identifying the process of work in the organization. This includes identifying answers to many questions such as, Is the supervisor perform its duties efficiently? Is team members work with the sense of resposibility of their work? How effectively criticisms are handled? etc. All these questions can help in evaluating the effective working of the organization.

The respondents to the survey are employees of the organization. There are various methods which can be used to measure reliability of survey. Reliability is concerned with the consistency of our measurement, that's the degree to which the questions used in a survey elicit the same type of information each time they are used under the same conditions.

2) The qualitative methods of research is used to gain an understanding of underlying reasons, opinions, and motivations. The qualitative methods include group discussions, individual interviews, and participation. The sample size is typically small and respondents are selected to fulfill a given quota.

Quantitative methods of research is used to quantify the problem by way of generating numerical data. It is used to quantify attitudes, opinions, behaviours, and other defined variables and generalise results from a larger sample population. Quantitative data collection methods include online surveys, paper syrveys, face to face interview, telephone interview etc.
