? in the recent past, it has been observed all a very frequent basis that the youth is going crazy with the idea of writing. The most discussed topic among people is the food they consume or the inches that the body holds. These trends in dieting flood not only across the youth but it has also been observed among middle-aged women. As a result of this there has been increase in the number of people affected by eating disorders such as bulimia or aneroxia. Surprisingly, all of this dieting discussion does not help to reduce the number of people designated as obese. In fact trends have shown that there have been an increase in the people being classified as obese with almost 17% of the youth or adolesents been classified as overweight. In fact there have been people showing BM I of over 40 which comes under severe obesity. Now what remains in this discussion is the type of food that a person consumes. The nutritional aspect of food is what is left out of these discussions. People concentrate on gymming or running or cardio but they forget that nutritionally important food is important as well. Some of the reasons of this increasing obesity could be summarise as follows:
