Answer 1- $ 5000 - $ 30 intt. revenue as it was not recorded + $ 400 Canceled cheque = $ 5370

Answer 2 - $ 5000 - $ 2000 DIT as they are not deposited till now + 3000 O/s cheques = $ 6000
