Total time to make 100 final product (which include 100 units of A and 100 units of B) is calculated as follows:-

Total time to make 100 units

= Setup time for A+(Run time per unit of A*100 units)+Setup time for B+(Run time per unit of B*100 units)

= 5 min+(0.2*100)+10 min+(0.1*100)

= 5 min+20 min+10 min+10 min = 45 minutes

Total units produced in 45 minutes = 100 units

Units produced in 60 minutes (1 hour) = 100 units*(60/45) = 133 units

Therefore the average hourly output of final products (which include A and B) is 133 units per hour.
