1. Maximum amount to be paid for the bond = 35000*PVAF(6%, 20periods) + 700000*PVF(6%, 20periods) = (35000*11.470) + (700000*0.312) = $619,710.55

2. Amortization in one year = (700000 - 619,710.55)*1/10 = $8,028.9
Value at which the bond would be reported = 700000 - (80289.44 - 8,028.9) = $627,739.46
