Explanation / Answer

Health care services are now expanding to community contexts. As health care services extend from hospitals to community, so do the risk of HAIs transmission. Furthermore, the community context is different from the context of a hospital setting.it is uncontrollable, unpredictable and there is less access to essential resources for home visiting nurses to perform their jobs.

Actions:- Infection prevention and control in community context depended mainly on education more than the other elements.
