1. John has to adjust with the company policies

He must have discussed the situation with the supervisor, other than making crude jokes about the supervisor.

He must explore the situation and find a combined solution to the problem.

2. If I was the supervisor, I could have sorted out the situation in a calm and pious manner. I would have discussed the situation with John and ruled out the mismatches. The workplace guidance can be offered to John as a supervisor.

3. John must learn to be courteous and polite to the fellow workers. The policy of “give respect, take respect” is applicable to the situation. When dissatisfaction arises it must be discussed with the responsible person and sorted out.

The productivity can be improved by the better employer-employee relations, adopting new technologies or concepts, rewarding programs.

3. Giving importance to work life more than leisure will have an adverse effect on the normal life cycle. Work-life and leisure must coexist to maintain a balance. The leisure activities are equally important as the work-life in a person’s life. Replacing one with other is not recommended. After concentrating only on the work-life people will be overwhelmed and the personal life distortions may occur. The family will be the system affected mostly by concentrating only on the work.
