Toddlers are very tricky and very difficult to feed them sometimes.As it is their growing stage ,toddlers should be fed with a healthy and tasty food too because they will not show any interest in eating the same type of foods.So it is a difficult task for a mother to prepare a food which is both healthy and tasty.Any food that provides essential vitamins and minerals including fiber is known to be a healthy food.One muct plan a food diet chart which includes and covers all the essential nutrients that is required for a child.Especially fruits should be the main dish for them which is the main source of vitamins like banana,oranges,apples ,pears,blackberries.

Toddlers need to eat for every three to four hours like three meals,two snacks and lots of fluid.Make a schedule like this in which the childs diet will be more balanced and they will be less cranky.It is better to avoid fried foods in oil and prefer boiled or baked ones.High fibre fruits,lentils,cereals,whole grain pancakes etc can be prepared and fed for them.

Appropriate food at snack time should not be bowlfull as they might skip the lunch or dinners.its better to give the snacks in less proportions but healthy snack to be preferred.Dishes like kid friendly such as whole grain pita traingles with hummus,Vegetable Salad dressing with olives,fruit smoothies,Oatmeal etc.
