Welfare 'family cap' for additional benefits for children and public assistance for their mother..Federal welfare policy providing benefits..but social scintists and washington law makers against about this welfare that this benefits can affect thier behavior..the single mothe having children they have to support for Taxpayers expense..Welfare principles family cap severing link between money and babeis..it is sending message to poor women that having more children will increase more sufferings and privation,won't provide cash help..it was so clear to stop private sexual relationship women to control their child birth.
New welfare policy brought into alter human behavior..because of family cap women must know they are going to suffer and it will avoid them from gettin pregnant..Women reporters spoke about this and this point will make women to reduce the number of children born on public assistance..
Another point if women had jobs next child would not get a pay raise..it is gaining more support..stake holders,government are going in success of welfare reforms,financial incentives,and bonus created by federal laws.in other states also they are collecting birth census by researching who are covered by family cap and who are getting still benefit..Virginia's deputy secretary says family cap is not only success for this and thier norms and somrthing socially acceptable also included in this..
