In country A, vaccination for other diseases is a well-established practice. In country B, vaccination for any disease is completely unknown. In which country is the practice of rubella vaccination likely to spread more easily? What do you think the adoption curves will look like in the two countries? (You can draw them if you like). Vaccination helps in prevention of many deadly disease in the world.

Country A which already has the practice of test of vaccine can be made aware of the Rubella vaccines. Acceptance and denial depends on varying factors like its success rate,necessity,side effects,has it been already in use,is it useful to my child,will it harm in any way however the rate of acceptance is lower in this country and it can be spread by general campaign, media,magazines, air station, through health care sector, health education.Here parents decision are more important.They accept only when a pediatrician insists it is very important.

Country B which has never used vaccinations and is completely unaware that disease can be prevented.It is the responsibility of the government to initiate the vaccination program throughout the country via media,newspaper, magazine, air station, campaign dine by health care providers, health education of deadly disease prevention to general public.Hence starting a rubella vaccine here will be more effective and spread more easily.Therefore the adoption curve will be more here.
