a. Throughput time is total of Process time, Inspection time, move time adn queue time. ,so = 3.60 + 0.30 + 2.50 + 3.30 = 9.70 days

b. Manufacturing Cycle efficiency = Process time / (total of wait + inspection + move + queue time)

=3.60 / (11.80 + 0.30 + 2.5 + 3.3) = 20.11%

c. The production time is spent in non-value-added activities: Non value added activities includes wait , inspection, move and queue time. So, the time spent in Non value added activities are: 11.80 + 0.30 + 2.5 + 3.3 = 17.90 days

d. The delivery cycle time = It is process, wait , inspection, move and queue time. So, 3.60 + 11.80 + 0.30 + 2.5 + 3.3 = 21.50 days
