Required: Propose two solutions (one manual and one automatic) for the design of a system that account for and controls inventory for the supermarket group. Explain your solutions in detail. Suppose the managing director would like to implement your automatic solution and he wants to redevelop the inventory system by the IT department. Recommend three important controls that the IT department should take to prevent this system development work from failure.

Mannual system : manually order the products which they reach to minimum or fully finished for ordering products . One person needs to check the garage and make a lost to order. Again the list needs to verify by superior . Superior also needs to authorize the order so that as per the lead time goods reaches on time to the supermarket for sale. This process takes too much time.

Automatic system : we can use FMC ( Fiedelio material control system ) system in supermarket for inventory management. Using this application automatic notification is generated to owner in case of attaining minimum reorder quantity level of the product. It provided 3 logins ,first to cashier for normal purchase and billing , second to supervisor who can maintain a d view stock information and third one for administrative who caN add new products and also can purchase the products . Purchase of new products can happen via system and also android app. Main advantage of the system is automatic orifice ton and stock to the owners. The process starts with login as a measure to ensure securit in which if it is successful, will display the splash screen after which it will automatically display the main menu form. The user has the option of choosing from the screen menu options which are new stock, updated stock, search and view option. The users form will capture records regarding stock details which are stored in the database,retrieved and viewed later.on reaching the re order level, it sends notification to the ad in and the administration can use an app to view the products and order the same.
