Stakeholders can be the long term care facilities. Because they are in long term care so electronic health record is essential to them for time saving and can avoid large file bundles of patient data of the long term care hence entire data in their hand which ensures complete information about a patient.They can be the stakeholders.
I suggest Data ware house it is the best component to share information across the organizations.Data capacity in this is more than other operational systems hence is the best thing to have all organizations data.If two data systems are functioning in institution it is not necessary to look separately each the data warehouse merge together hence easy in functioning. Thus it has many advantages with less disadvantages. Hence it can be the best component in the model to be promoted.
