Nursing one of the best health care professional.It needs a great compassion and dedication in work.for example: A situation where an admitted patient has declared death.It is a duty of the nurse to handle it tackfully.

Making sure that the family undergoing a grievance, first it has to be said the condition is not getting improved besides best treatment, the complication are getting worser day by day and making patient himself to undergo a painful situation.Then the concerned physician has to declare the case making sure to inform atleast 2 person together in the family.The psychological support has to be taken care here.

If there is minimum human and fiscal resources it is better to do a planning prior hand to complete the project on time and without any stress, which is helpful to make the right decision.

Though the course covers almost all the areas ,it is equally important to be updated on recent advancement by admitting continuing nursing education in the program.

Hardwork the core thing to succeed has to be brought in studying.Continious daily effort gives best results. This can be followed when one struggle in doing the nursing course.

Generally to handle a conflict it the best way to prove your self better in the subject so that conflicts with any one can be handled.
