OSTEOPOROTIC FRACTURE ;Women at the age of 45 to 50 are at a high risk of this disorder. this is due to low calcium level .the bone become porous .Its a systemic skeletal disease charecterised by low bone mass density and microarchitectural deterioration of bone tissue

MANAGEMENT: Denosumab is administered subcutaneus injection.60mg once in every 6 month
