a. Patient provide the symptoms of chronic nausea, cramping in abdomen, intermittenr diarrhoea and loss weight without any apparent cause along with that patient trevelled to africa for several month and eat strafitional meat dishes... All this indicate some disease related to gi tract. Along with it culture slide indicate taeniasis which is caused by intestinal parasite, a kind of helminthiesis.this disease occuer after eating raw infective meat like pork beef.

b. Organism responsible for it Taenia saginata, Taenia solium, Taenia asiatica. This are different species of taenia cause itestinal disease taeniasis.

All this species of taenia found in different improperly cooked meat. T. Saginata found mainly in beef, T. Solium, T. Asiatica in pork. Among this 3 species T. Saginata and T. Soleum found in africa mainly.

C. From stool examination get the egg of this species but it easy to detect taenia but diffult to distinguish the species.pcr done to distinguish the species. Ziehl-neelsan stain used to diatingush the species.

Eosinophilia and IgE level increased in blood.Conputed ttoography done to detect the disease as this taenia cause intestinal obstruction also. ELISA test also done to detect the species.

D the transmission of infection can be prevented by.... Heating the meat in high temperature may destroy the speciessalting for long tine also destroy the organism. Fecal transmission disposed properly to avoid spread of infection as stool contain egg of taenia. Cattle are intermediate host so the also handle carefully.
