What responses would have been more appropriate for an interview by a new graduate?

Here, the interviewer is assessing the Johns ability to be a nurse work in the given situation. Being a Good nurse, John must be non-judgmental, compassionate, have a strong critical thinking ability, also a great communication skills along with the right amount of empathy towards the child and his family members. He should omit overuse of words such " it depends" making it look unsure and lack of confidence.

Interviews can be nerve wrecking for the beginners. a good option to overcome is to be more prepared to face the interview. john can do a serious homework regarding the health industry he selected for the interview. he can read and understand how the hospital works its mission and the common questions asked. he can do a thorough search on what questions he can expect and how to answer it. along with this, grooming and presentation also make a positive impact on the interviewer. An optimistic attitude and communication skills add few more extra points towards John.

John can emphasis on the real case scenario he encountered during his study period and can relate it to the questions he got during the interview. He can connect and tell the interviewer. This will help the examiner to know his observational skill and experience of being exposed to the similar situation.
