I am currently enrolled in a strategic marketing class. The class includes an online business development website called Capsim. Our final (CompXM) is at the end of the year. Everyone is required to handle their business individually. Seeing that I am a sales pathway, I'm not very good at handling financials. I was wondering if anyone can give me a strategy for this process. The more detailed, the better. There are 8 rounds to the project, and the categories consist of Human Resources, Production, Finance, Marketing, R&D, and TQM.
